Ownership Declaration
ADVAL Technologies LLC ("ADVAL") and its licensors own all right, title, and interest in and to the LIKUDAT platform, including all intellectual property rights therein. The Likudat ecosystem, encompassing its digital commerce tools, supply chain intelligence algorithms, proprietary software modules, API architectures, and branding elements, are protected by domestic and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly permitted by ADVAL in writing, users may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software. Use of the LIKUDAT platform does not grant users any ownership rights to the technology or the brand identity. Any unauthorized use of LIKUDAT intellectual property will be pursued to the maximum extent of the law.
Usage Rights & Restrictions
ADVAL Technologies LLC hereby grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the LIKUDAT platform strictly for your internal business operations. Your use of this platform is subject to the following restrictions:
- Prohibition on Reverse Engineering: You shall not attempt to decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any portion of the LIKUDAT software or its underlying algorithms.
- No Data Scraping: You are strictly prohibited from using automated systems, including bots or scrapers, to extract proprietary data or supply chain intelligence from the platform.
- Authorized Access Only: You may not share login credentials or bypass security measures designed to restrict access to specific tiers of the service.
- Compliance with Trade Laws: Usage must strictly adhere to all applicable international trade regulations, export controls, and anti-bribery laws.
- Ownership: All intellectual property, including interface design, data structures, and AI-driven insights, remains the exclusive property of ADVAL Technologies LLC.
Infringement Reporting
If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been violated, please provide a formal notice to our designated compliance officer. Your report must include a detailed description of the allegedly infringing material, information sufficient to locate the material on our platform, and your contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email).
